A Couple Of Boys Have The Best Week Ever
James and Eamon spend a week of their summer vacation at Eamon's grandparents' beach house. Eamon's grandfather thought that going to Nature Camp would be a good idea. He also tried to get the boys interested in his favorite place: Antarctica. After having a full schedule all week, they discovered something interesting when they stopped. Can it be there is fun in everyday things?
Enjoy a great story about friendship and summer vacations in this picture-book story of two boys.
None.
When she saw the cover, she wasn't really interested. Once I started reading she gave it her full attention. My daughter liked this book and wanted to read it again. She enjoyed seeing the adventures the boys had and liked that they had fun together. She laughed a few times. She also asked if we could do some of the activities the boys did next time we go to the beach.
I enjoyed the story. The illustrations were perfect and fit the story well. I liked that the boys had so much fun together and with the grandparents. I was surprised how much my daughter liked it.
This is a cross between a picture book and a comic book, where the dialogue is in balloons.
The story offers examples of the idea that anything can be fun ... just use your imagination. It would also be helpful to share as you are preparing for a beach vacation, or if your child is going away without you.
