The combination of the book being perfectly sized for younger children, the great rhyme scheme, and fun illustrations make this an engaging book for everyone to share.
My son loved it! After the first two pages he said “It’s a rhyming book!” and has read it four more times since then. He enjoys reading anything he can but he really laughed out loud at this one. He doesn’t take to every book like this one.
This book was cute with a great rhythm in the rhyme scheme. The illustrations are colorful and fun.
This is a modernized version of the timeless story of a dog who wants to go to school.
This is a fun story to share. The rhyming can help new, developing, and remedial readers understand word sounds.

Buy. My son liked this one so much I would probably buy this if he were not at the end of the reading spectrum where this book will be too easy for him very soon.
