Words, kisses, cups of tea, cuddles, and more. Does Fox know how much Bird loves him? Has she shown him enough? Has the wind whispered it him? Bird will love Fox forever and always and Fox loves her too.
Beautiful illustrations capture a sweet story with a great message for children and a reminder for parents, too. Cuddling with this book is all about love: the narrative, the beautiful illustrations, and the simplicity of the message.
None. It may be a little too simple for some readers.
My kids liked it, but not as much as I did. I was surprised. I thought they would like it as much as I did, but I think a book like this is more for the parents. They did ask to read it more than one time. ;-)
Parent 1: I loved this book. Fox and Bird are so sweet and given that it mimics a parent's love for their child, it was no surprise.
My daughter liked it. She told me it was an easy book and I should read it to her little brother. Needless to say, she asked to read it again!
Parent 2: This was a sweet book with a good message. Most parents will hope their children know how much they are loved. The pictures were simple but beautiful. I think most children would understand and appreciate this book.
This is a book about expressing affection for your children.
This is a story about what love "looks like" and can be extended to your own family.

Read with children ages 3 and 5.
Buy! I can see this being a lovely baby gift for a new parent, or a book that a parent would want to hold on to for their children later.
