Smaller children will learn new words while their older siblings can use the book to learn how to draw more complicated pictures than just stick figures.
An age recommendation on the book itself would make buying the book a little easier for parents and gift-giving relatives. On Amazon the target age is 4to 8, but it was too complicated for my almost four-year-old son to use.
