This collection of 56 seek-and-find pictures covers holidays, big days (e.g., birthday) throughout the year.
It is important to remember that reading isn't always about words. One way to help children learn how to discern letters (a "b" from a "d" for example) is to use pictures that help draw an item from a collection, or recognize differences between things. This book lets them do just that ... and color, too.

Given the type of book this is, borrowing is not an option. It is a worthwhile buy if your child likes to do I Spy, seek-and-find, or coloring activities.
Our child would work on a page for a little bit, but then walk away. She was more interested in coloring the pages than finding the items.
We thought this would be a great book to share, because our child loves to color AND likes to play I Spy. We enjoyed finding the objects, but admit that it wasn't always easy. We also liked that it was something that you could bring out/put away throughout the year.
This seek-and-find coloring book offers children a chance to explore books with hands-on activities. You don't have to know how to read to have fun with the book.
The amount of detail on some of the pages is a little overwhelming, making it difficult to find items.
