Mary and Jody are best friends. They spend all of their free time at Lucky Foot Stable where they board, care for, and ride their ponies, Gypsy and Lady. They are an adventurous pair of adolescent girls who are always looking for excitement for themselves and their ponies.
This is a wholesome and well written story. The reader will quickly be caught up in the excitement by the personalities of the two heroines and remain glued to the pages because the adventures are exciting and believable.
