Purchase Recommendation:
Buy! If you have a preschooler preparing for Kindergarten or a new Kindergartner, you will want this book.
Little Kid Reaction:
Our preschooler loves the idea of being able to write in a book. S/He has come back to the material several times. Our child instantly claimed some favorite pages, which are the things s/he is most comfortable with.
Big Kid Reaction:
The format is exceptional (though our dry-erase markers leave lots of dust). The parental tips and ideas at the bottom are most helpful.
Pros:

The book is a re-usable workbook. The pages offer the target audience the opportunity to show off what they do know and parents a chance to push learning forward in a fun, engaging way.

Cons:

None.
