Mommy Do You Love Me?
Little Chick asks his Mommy whether she still loves him ... after he makes funny faces; after he gets dirty; and even after he talks too loud. Mommy, of course, says "yes." Then she asks him the same questions. His answer is the same: yes.
Families can enjoy this picture book about communication, unconditional love, and forgiveness.
The characters didn’t have names, which made it impersonal. I'm not sure a real Mommy would have been so loving during all the little chick's escapades.
My daughter picked this book, but after we read it one time, she wasn't interested in it anymore.
I liked this simple story about the unconditional love between parents and their children.
This is a book for affirming the unconditional love between a parent and child.
You can use this book to talk about the importance of communication between adults and children. It also teaches unconditional love and forgiveness, which can be used for a parent-child relationship, but also siblings.

Borrow. A school and/or public library should have this book. If your child is often insecure about your love or acceptance this would be a great book to own.
