My Little Book Of Timber Wolves
Each book in this series follows an animal or pair of animals through having babies (or hatching eggs) and the first year of raising their young.
The series covers a lot of animals such as otters and wolves that get little coverage otherwise. I learned a lot from the books, and the kids loved them.
None.
Both kids loved them (although the 3 year old couldn’t always sit still through the end). The three of us have played being timber wolves, river otters, and turtles for days now.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading the books to my kids. We read the whole series over several days time, and I was a little surprised that they enjoyed it so much and kept asking for more. But I am getting a little tired of being Mama Timber wolf.
This is a picture book series about animal families.
Each book discusses the lifestyles of various animals, in a very informative and age appropriate way. They are great launching pads for pretend play.
