Becoming a teenager is a life-changing experience for twins Penelope and Priscilla Post. They've just moved to Dunville, and their world is, literally, turning upside down.
This is a great book that most all ages will enjoy. The story is a traditional good v. evil tale that stays in balance, without gore or excessive nonsense.
None, really. Unless you are opposed to mysticism and witchcraft and can't get beyond them as a literary plot device.
This was a great book. I enjoyed reading it very much. I thought it would be like Harry Potter, but it wasn’t. It was still a kind of magical tale, though. I enjoyed a few scary parts, too! Be ready when you read this, because it is not a book you can easily put down! I want to read the other books, too.
The story moves along well. I read this in small does, and surprisingly between reads, I found myself wondering "what next"? Stories about twins are rare, and this is a nice find.
This is the first book in a middle-reader series.
It's easy to make this story less about magic and more about teamwork, family, overcoming fears, and dealing with change.

Borrow. This is a story that you'll likely read once or twice, but not one you'll keep forever.
