Little Kid Reaction
My daughter liked some of the rewritten songs and even sang along with some of them. She laughed and laughed at some of them. She also said she wished she had thought of some of them herself. Even though she didn't want to share this book again, she started making up silly songs on her own.
Big Kid Reaction
I picked this book because she was making up songs herself to familiar tunes so I thought she would like it. I liked singing through and trying to remember the tunes while putting the new words in. This was lots of fun, and I was glad to see her laughing and having fun with a silly book.
Pros:

Lots of silliness will get everyone involved - and laughing - in this fun book for the whole family. It might spark some creativity, too.

Cons:

There is the possibility that you won't know (or may have forgotten) some of the original tunes.
