Peter wakes up to find that it snowed overnight and he ventures outside to discover its wonders.
There's more to snow in this one than just walking. The author engages you in Peter's fun and the exploration and joys of city snow.
S/he loved reading about and imitating the snow angels. We've come back to this one several times, and it will likely be a frequent read this winter.
It's the same, wonderful story I remember. It's great to be "small" again and think about snow piled higher than we could imagine. The textures of the illustrations are just wonderful.
The story is written in such a way that you'll use all your senses and enjoy the day just like Peter.
