The book offers fun and learning. All of the educational elements are artfully woven into the material, but not so deeply embedded that you can't draw them out for specific goals (like telling time).

Our toddler is now a preschooler and REGULARLY asks for Moki Time. At first s/he was only interested in the CD, now she'll ask for the book so s/he can "read along," too. She is now a rising second grader and she still periodically selects this book.
We loved this immediately. It was clear that the material would have great longevity with lots of fun things. After two years we still enjoy the CD.
This is an audio-picture book combination that tells its stories in song.
Listeners and readers can learn to tell time, create a rhyme to remember their address, get an early start on the Q-U relationship, and learn French, too.

Buy. This is one that you'll love to have because you child can enjoy it with you or solo. Because of the thematic layering, it will last a long time and have different meanings for your child at different stages.
