Young Reader Reaction

This was a wonderful book, with so many good short stories. The beautiful pictures leave you feeling like part of the story. A great book for children and adults alike. You learn some thing new from each and every page of the book. There are 24 stories to read and share with friends, parents, sisters, and brothers. My favorite story was Why the Reed Warbler Babbles. This isn’t the only great story in the book. In fact there wasn’t a single story I didn’t like!

The stories were fascinating. Many were not unlike other oral histories that have been lovingly preserved, still, they were a wonderful read.
