Momma Bear is playing tag with her two cubs, Casey and Jacob. When she starts tickling Casey, Jacob feels left out. That prompts a question: Momma, who do you love best? First Momma described specific things she liked about her cubs, but that didn't satisfy them. Then Momma explained how her love for them is like trying to figure out which of her paws she loves more. In the end, they understand that she loves them both equally, and with all her heart.
Momma Bear for the win! This book is for children, but it is for every parent who has been asked to name their favorite child. Of the many stories on this theme that we've read over the years, Momma's explanation is now my favorite. With All My Heart is a must-have book for your home library, especially if you have siblings ages 2 to 5.
A sweet story answers a perennial toddler and preschool question: who is mom or dad's favorite?
This is a picture book about family, sibling rivalry, and unconditional love.
Enjoy this book together, and then take on Momma Bear's role. Tell each of your children something you love about them individually, and something that you love that they do similarly.
