Winning Opportunities

Last week, we announced the winners of the Horrid Henry book giveaway for National Library Week. Becky never replied, so the new winner of a one-chapter Horrid Henry book is Carrie-Anne.

I didn’t make it to the Kidlitosphere Conference in Portland last year, so I haven’t met many of the folks I spend my day with online.  Bridget Zinn,  YA author, librarian, and newlywed was there … not knowing she had Stage 4 cancer. Jone MacCulloch, the powerhouse behind the Portland conference is now leading an auction to help Bridget.  There are some wonderful items in the online auction already, so go on over and make a bid.
